I’m back from an exhausting yet rejuvinating RWA (Romance Writers of America) national conference. There’s an energy at these conferences that must be felt in person for you to understand. It was wonderful to meet so many of my online friends in person and to see and chat with authors whose books I LOVE!

I attended loads of workshops and learned a lot about self-publishing. But my favorite workshops were the motivational ones. Where seasoned, multi-published, bestselling authors spoke of their journies, their setbacks, and offered advice and encouragement to all those in attendance.
