Pictures From RWA 13 in Atlanta!

Hi All!

I’m back from an exhausting yet rejuvinating RWA (Romance Writers of America) national conference. There’s an energy at these conferences that must be felt in person for you to understand. It was wonderful to meet so many of my online friends in person and to see and chat with authors whose books I LOVE!

I attended loads of workshops and learned a lot about self-publishing. But my favorite workshops were the motivational ones. Where seasoned, multi-published, bestselling authors spoke of their journies, their setbacks, and offered advice and encouragement to all those in attendance.

And while you probably find all this interesting, I know you’re really here for the pictures! So here they are!

Great seeing you, too, Shoshanna! I’ll give your regards to the HVRWA crew the next time I make a meeting….or maybe it’ll be easier if I just post it to the loop. I downloaded Taste of Candy. Can’t wait to read it!

The conference was exhausting, but so much fun. I wish I’d taken more pictures. Maybe next year.

I am a member and I’m really looking forward to the national coming to Texas. Last time it was in the Lone Star State a beloved nephew decided to get married that same week and I missed it. Not this time. *fingers crossed*

I’ll keep my fingers crossed, too! And you being there will be good motivation for me…since I’m a terrible flyer. Although I did okay to Atlanta (less than 2 hr flight). Hopefully Jen can fly with me again!
